After scene 3 it basically went all down hill for Macbeth becuase in scene 3 Macbeth and Banquo bumoed into 3 witches and they told them a prophecy. The 3 witches told Macbeth that he would be King of Scotland and that Banquo's chldren will be king. When Macbeth was told this prophecy he did not know what he was going to do at first, but then he started to think maybe he could kill the king to make the prophecy come true faster. Then he sent his wife a letter telling her that the king was coming over for dinner and after that they came up with the plan to kill Duncan and that is when Shakespeare showed Macbeths true colors.
After Macbeth had killed his king, in Act three he gets some murderers to go and kill Banquo, his bestfriend. Macbeth killed Banquo because he thought that Banquo would get in his way of becoming king. So now not only is Shakespeare showing us what kind of person Macbeth is but he is also showing us readers that Macbeth is actually a bad guy who will do almost anything to get what he wants, that is him being king.
    ...
in act 4, Macbeth kills Macduff's family. But the only reason Macbeth killed them was because Macbeth was basically just scared that he would kill him first so he just wanted to do something to hurt him first.
All of the murders that Macbeth did connected in some sort of way; Macbeth killed Duncan to be king, then killed Banquo because he would have gotten in the way of that then also killed Macduff's family just because of spite. In the end of this play Macbeth dies and i think it is for the best. Macbeth was the bad guy and did not deserve to live and be king after all the bad he had done to harm Scotland.

In the beginning Shakespeare showed that Macbeth was a good solider, but towards the middle of the play Macbeth became decitful. For example, in the play one of the captin's said; "For brave Macbeth...upon our battlements".(This was said in act 1 scene 2 line 18-25). In this quote, the Captin is talking about how strong and brave Macbeth is. And how Macbeth killed so many people in the war they were having with Norway.

I believe this quote meant that Macduff needed to take the death of his family strongly and find the man responsible for it and kill him.
    Act 4 Scene 3 Line 220
"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind", Macbeth should have listened to these wise words. When you create violence all you get is more violence and more lies to cover up the violence. This winds up happening because if someone was to kill one person than sooner or later they would have to kill another person becasue they would either get to close of knowing the truth or just get in the killers way. Then, the killer would most likely have to find a way to cover up now two murders by lying or just not letting any one know about it. Sooner or later after those two murders another person would come into the picture and figure it all out and then try to maybe even kill the killer, which then goes back to the quote "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind".
In my opinion, i think violence is an ongoing cycle that never stops and never will until someone just stops it all themselves. Violenece is destroying our world bit by bit everyday because everyday someone is getting killed becuase of something they did from violence.
In the play Macbeth, I think that Shakespeare's opinon on violence was that no good thing comes out of something bad. Basically meaning when Macbeth killed Duncan to be King; it was a good thing for Macbeth but a bad thing for Duncan so no good came out of it. And the no good that came out of that wrong doing was that Macbeth's people went against him and he was murdered.
